Salam. My cousin has pain in her breast and all around the breast. Pain going to the arms and shoulders as well. She has pain in the back exactly at the breast side(left one). She has no lump, she was thinking about heart problem but that is ok. Drs said that it is muscular pain but she said that she has pain all the time when she lay down, can't breathe properly. She is scared of breast cancer. Plz suggest what to do (she also has stomach & gastric issues)
